The Royal British Legion Industries LifeWorks Families programme is aimed at helping military spouses and partners find and sustain work.
It was established in direct response to the 2016 Army Families Federation survey in which 46% of respondents stated their their finances were worse than two years ago with the inability of a spouse to gain or retain employment being one of the top three reasons given.
In addition to this annual donation, in 2018 the Trust agreed to support RBLI with additional funding to provide a course in Gibraltar.

"We are all encouraged that The Annington Trust is investing in military families; helping spouses unlock skills they never knew they had, and become more independent. It is very rewarding indeed to help people with low confidence."
